Hi, thank you for your great question. Our culture is very diverse. I always feel like part of a big family. People are always willing to teach each other, develop together and you feel always comfortable to ask any questions. Like our cultural drivers say, drive, dare, and care. A day as an RF engineer is rarely ever similar. It is always full of different exciting puzzles you need to solve. If you are curious by nature and like problem-solving, RF engineering is definitely your thing.

I agree that our culture is very diverse. There are a lot of coaches and mentors at Nokia. I was a part of the mentoring and coaching program, and thanks to the program, I could thrive and be better!

Hi,
I totally agree. I had a mentor when I entered and some months after, after understanding what my role was, understanding the culture of Nokia, and experiencing the onboarding, I was able to mentor some colleagues who joined after and shared with transparency, cooperation, and understanding my experience.
I think it is a great way to learn!
