How are the technical interviews conducted in Nokia?

Hello;
In majority of cases technical interviews are conducted in Nokia office (or remotely) without using computer or other equipment. Questions are really practical. In departments I know (integration and verification), candidates are evaluated in telecommunication, network (CISCO), linux, testing and python.
