Hi, Amitha,
We have invested significantly in Inclusion & Diversity initiatives in recent years. One of our programs to support women - female talents and leaders, Aspiring Women Leaders has been widely recognized. Local initiatives, events and programs also support leadership and progression of female employees.
Special emphasis has been put on enhancing leadership - be it style, skills, experience -for women, including female role models and mentors who can support and inspire future and current female leaders.
We also have trainings for line managers to make them aware of potential unconscious bias, to support women employees and be better leaders.
