Laura P.
Technology Centre development manager
Thank you for the good question. During my 10 years of career I have obviously done some growing personally also through my age, but on top of that my line manager positions have taught me the most of my soft skills. Understanding different people and situations in their lives as well as empathy towards others. Additionally, I learned to encourage and step back to help my team to shine and just to be the coach.
