Good question, Jhon. I'd say organization, self-direction and perseverance! Our Transformation team works in multiple capacities so you must be very organized to be effective, and being a self starter helps a lot with that. As for perseverance - I think that would be very important in any role at Nokia!

Awesome tips, Adam! As a site development coordinator, you maintain and secure partner relationships to help further Nokia CANADA's placement in the local ecosystem. So, with the aforementioned self-direction trait, are you granted a considerable amount of creative freedom when working on projects? Or is this based on project and clientele profiles?

I think the amount of autonomy allows for creative freedom! That being said, you always have to maintain focus on the clientele/target market, etc.
