Hello;
Short answer - great ;)
Long answer - during my whole (almost 7 yearlong) Nokia carrier I am full time student. I finished master study and now I am finishing PhD. The worst experience I had it was the department that has to react fast. After 3 months there I changed department with no problem. All the departments I worked in (except this one) gave me great flexibility.
Of course, I do my job, I am in contact with my colleagues, I consider how to organize my duties or what duties to take …. and it works. Sometimes I work from the office, sometimes from University, sometimes from home.
