Perseverance, adaptability and resiliency are absolutely in my opinion some of the most critical skills anyone could possess to excel in their career. Everyone will face difficult challenges, situations, projects, etc. You will face failure - it's natural but it's how you handle it and push through that would make you stand out from others.
