What is the best thing about your job?

In simple words, Sky is the limit. There are enormous opportunities for learning, initiating projects, running campaigns for ideas and contests, sharing ideas and best practices. One can reach out to anyone across the organization for support, share thoughts or ask a question on Yammer (our internal social media platform), escalate if something does not work, voice opinions, make mistakes and learn by doing/ learning from others or through formal online or face to face sessions and reach out to management to benefit from mentoring/coaching, identify a personal development program along with the choice of a new role and also seamlessly move within the organization and establish a career path.
