Describe the most challenging aspect of your role?

Hello Harmony, Thanks for your interesting question. I believe the most challenging aspect is to manage the time & priorities while working closely with your customers and also doing the needed internal work arrangements to deliver your customer needs.

The most challenging aspect of my role really is some of the 4:00 AM or 5:00 AM calls that I may need to attend because I work in an international job, and sometimes the call don't always fall nicely within my time zone. But because they don't happen all the time, I make it work!
