Can you share details of one of your achievements since you joined?

First I would say that I have had lots of individual freedom to pursue what I thought was beneficial to Nokia in the area of Data Analytics, but the implementation was a team effort. I have been with Nokia for awhile so I will focus on recent work. The Data Science learning program continues to be quite popular and well received. The Data world needs constant skilling and upskilling and I'm proud to be part of that effort. To drive overall awareness of Data Literacy we launch the Data Literacy Conference learning series addressing important data topics such as Data Governance, Data Strategy and Data Workforce competencies. Most recently we have begun to focus on Data Science applications by incorporating application of analytics in the learning and development programs themselves. Data continues to evolve and so our learning organization will evolve as well.
