Hi Mariya, are you looking for specific HR projects? I worked on a Change Management project that reviewed all of our applicants and the way our students apply to our roles within the nation. In order to be equitable in our recruitment practices, we had to implement some extensive changes and because of that we have not only more than doubled the size of our student program, but were able to obtain proper data, review metrics that allowed me to further initiate areas of growth, find ways to identify top talent easier, etc.
