I enjoy theory the most, is it reasonable to apply for a job at Nokia!

Nokia Bell Labs is working on various topics and programs not only programming. I suggest looking at this web site https://www.bell-labs.com/

Hi! Based on my experience, Nokia promotes a lot of research, you can take as much training as you want on areas of your interest, a lot of them are available in all Nokia Learning platforms and the others outside Nokia Learning will also improve your competence assessment and the line managers always try to promote the exploration and the time for training and learning, either on a theoretical perspective or practice, depends on what is your preference and what do you think it will be the best method for you to learn! So, Nokia not only encourages but also promotes your learning and development! Hope I could help!
