Do you think the pandemic will affect hiring and research functions at Nokia?

Hi! I don't know about the research side, but I do know that we are currently still hiring in MN L1SW :D We are conducting interviews remotely but other than that recruitment is happening as usual.

Hi! Our hiring has not been impacted at all. We have been trying to find out different types of interview methods and additionally inductions to be performed from the home office, but we are still continuing to hire as usual.

Sanhita during this tough period we haven't stopped with the recruitment, we are using video conference for the interviews, and all the processes are online. We implemented a remote onboarding module to keep safe our new hires and the induction plan has been adapted to the current situation in which we are not able to interact face to face but we are able to keep working as a team.
