Does Nokia have a re-entry program for returning mothers who took a career break?
Additional information
I had an exciting career from being just a subcon junior RF Engineer to Technical Architect. Hoping to get back to the workforce with Nokia!

Hi, thank you for your question. At this stage, we don’t have a formal program in place but we highly encourage you to apply to our open opportunities. Diversity and Inclusion are at the core of our strategy and we may be looking to develop some more formal programs in this space in the future.

We do not have an specific program but we do encourage people to re start their professional career. Feel free to apply to the positions that you're interested in, and be sure that you'll be evaluated just like the rest of the candidates.

In some countries Nokia puts extra emphasis on making it easier for parents to return back to work, and although the initiatives are in a very early phase, from Inclusion and Diversity perspective it is vital we assist our employees.
Common sense and recent studies both show how parents become better at time management, are very committed and smart/efficient with many a task since there is more to juggle... this can be an advantage in certain positions.
I'd advise you to contact local HR as a first step, and ask about opportunities.
All the best!

Hope you and your family are safe.
There is no such program but we do give priority/importance to diversity. Also there is no tailback for career gap. If your skills and competency are matching our need, we will hire you.
