Hi - Thank you for your inquiry. It's awesome that the person you are helping is interested in Nokia. As a first step, the person you are helping should apply for the Nokia open position(s) that align most with their interests at:

Nokia’s employee culture embraces people as their true selves. Nokia is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion. My personal experience as a Nokia employee has proven to me that Nokia champions programs and groups that support diversity to help build and maintain inclusive work environments. At Nokia, employment decisions are made regardless of sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, race, ethnic origin, color, creed, religion, national origin, citizenship, age, marital status, physical or mental disability, genetic information or ancestry, protected Veteran or military status, or other characteristics protected by law.

Hi, Gareth,
Nokia is proud about its roots and history, and as an originally Scandinavian company is a strong believer in company values and culture. These are underpinned by our focus on Inclusion and Diversity, and an original Nokia value, Respect.
We are also an equal opportunity employer and believe that people with disabilities should have the same opportunities - we offer the same learning and development, career and wellbeing guidance and support to everyone.
We organize global events, and offer trainings to make it easier for colleagues to understand diversity and inclusion in practical terms. Last year we published videos with colleagues who had disabilities - autism, recovering from cancer, and a physical disability.
In some regions we have resource groups offering support and educating fellow employees, such as the IDEAL (Individuals Dedicated to Enabling Accessibility in Life) in North America.
