Hi,

Being an intern offers a uniquely valuable experience. Despite still being a student, you gain exposure to a genuine corporate environment, learning not only from academic sources but also directly from colleagues, engineers, and managers. To become a valuable team member, it is essential to diligently complete all entrusted tasks and actively demonstrate your potential for continuous learning. Furthermore, cultivating a personality that complements the team's dynamics is crucial.

I wish you all the best here at Nokia!

Hi Dharambir,

The interns who stand out are the ones who focus on adding real value. Look for ways to make the team’s life easier, even in small tasks. Pay attention to the problems people face in their day-to-day work and try to fix them or reduce the friction around them. When you consistently solve real issues, people notice.

Good teamwork and communication also make a huge difference. Ask questions, share progress, and collaborate openly. When you combine initiative with strong communication and a positive team spirit, the team will naturally start thinking, “We need to keep this person.”

Best of luck!

Thank you, András and Aly! Your guidance means a lot. I’m looking forward to applying your suggestions, being proactive, delivering reliably, asking questions, and helping reduce friction wherever possible. I’m eager to learn, contribute, and hopefully make a positive impact on the team.
