If I am a best performer, what attributes do your team require ?

I appreciate your confidence on your functional knowledge and capabilities. We do evaluate on certain competencies that are required for each role and of course your self-confidence as mentioned above are one of the competencies. There are various competency we look when we hire for certain role but not limited to one (performance). For example, Strategic Thinking, Problem Solving or Living by Ethics. So it depends on role we hire . We hire people who are also a cultural fit for Nokia in line with our values and cultural principles. Best of luck!
