Working in a large multinational company like Nokia for over 21 years has been a journey filled with unexpected turns. My career has been shaped by a combination of personal choices, opportunities, and organizational changes—some great, some challenging.

The most difficult moments were the ones I didn't choose, like when a reorganization shifted my role. While these changes were tough, they sometimes led to the most positive and unexpected outcomes. I've learned that even when a new path is forced upon you, it can often lead to a new and better one, and even when your career takes an unexpected turn, the most important thing is to find joy in what you do.
