This is a good question! I have learned so much so it's difficult to name the most valuable one. But this is one of the most important ones:
I can do beyond my usual competence. I don't have technical background and yet I'm capable to execute some technical work. That is because we learn by doing, so we should never underestimate what we can do. Whenever in doubt of our capabilities, we should just give it a chance and try our best. One of my favorite quotes is: "Yes we can" (by Barack Obama), I think it sums up this all pretty well.
