Hi;
Although I have a technical role, the most important thing I've learned is not related to technicalities.
I have learned how to work in a large and complex environment with many stakeholders: measurement device manufacturers, mobile operators, mobile phone manufacturers, 3GPP, government regulations, and of course the dozens of Nokia departments that need to collaborate.

Interesting question as it makes me think about all that I have learned. The most valuable thing I have learned is not technical, but rather something that grows me as an employee and a human being. It's realizing what "Yes, I can / Yes, we can" means in practice: even if I get difficult tasks that go beyond my current skills, I am able to execute them successfully as I learn more by doing and also with the help of my colleagues.
