How did this company support your career growth?

Thanks a lot for the nice question, I can proudly say that Nokia supported me a lot in my career growth, Starting as Technical engineer followed by Team leader then shifting to business side as presales & business development and finally now in Sales was indeed a real experience I had of career growth in the same company. Nokia has an open & supportive culture and the accessibility of different roles via internal job market make it easy for you to explore new roles. Also I gained a lot of experience via non-technical trainings and coaching programs by my managers and senior leaders that helped me a lot in shaping my career steps. My key advice is to document and communicate clearly what you want to do next so that your manager and HR can properly support you achieving this. A lot of growth opportunities are there and available for those who are willing to grab them!
