Hi, thank you for this question.
Yes, there is a slight difference. Please allow me to explain. Care Technical Manager is like a subset of Technical Manager role. The technical manager could be role managing any technical project in the overall life-cycle (e.g. NPI - New product introduction, Pilot) while Care Technical Manager is limited to the Care phase (software and hardware maintenance, expansion, upgrades for a customer as a part of AMC).
