Fault Management Cloud Engineer

Hi Mohamed E., Thank you so much for your question. I only have a year working at Nokia as a Fault Management Cloud Engineer and it is my first time working in a Cloud Computing environment. It has been an amazing experience for me since I am learning and improving every moment my knowledge in Cloud Computing, especially in Telco Cloud. As an FM Cloud Engineer, I work with the highest technologies in Telco Cloud with some tech stacks like Linux, Private OpenSource Cloud, NFV, VNF, SDN, Juniper, etc and some tools like OpenStack, Zabbix, Commvault backup, etc. Also, some of my responsibilities are to provide L2 remote and on-call(24x7) support specialised, monitoring and managing the incidents, escalating some incidents to our customer's local Cloud teams, our remote teams and Cloud partners in different countries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing services fully compliant with the SLA levels, addressing performance issues according to customer-defined procedures and ensure their successful implementation in the network by creating Requests For Change (RFC) according to customer-defined procedures, providing real-time support to the resolution of major outages, ensuring the networks are optimized and running at customer agreed-on performance targets. So this is what I am doing on a daily work basis in Nokia as FM Cloud Engineer and I hope to help you to understand better what it is.
