Thank you for this good question. Diversity is very important for us and we do pay attention to that as the most diverse environment gives the best results. We have different communities and activities to enhance this such as StrongHer - our inclusive employee network which contributes to women’s empowerment, helping them unleash their potential and magnify their business contribution, and increase the representation of women at all levels and in all job functions in our company - and Young professionals community and many others. Our company has taken action to check salaries between genders and job grades and have corrected situations where there have been issues. Our new CEO has emphasised the importance for our diversity and we should encourage already STEM to all kids .
