Hi, Naveen Kumar,
Could be many topics to discuss with Line Manager in 1 in 90, such as working status, what's the support you need in your work, personal development needs, career plan etc.
Could also use the opportunity to provide feedbacks to each other.
Anyway, 1 in 90 is very good practice in NOKIA.

1 in 90 discussions are your time to design, evolve and navigate your career. It's when you share with your manager what you enjoy about your job, what you'd like to change, areas of new interest, growth opportunities, and career development/upward mobility opportunities. Use your 1 in 90 session strategically and thoughtfully, and you will then be successful in carving out a terrific career.
