For me, as a software development engineer, success is professional and also personal. It's the profound satisfaction I feel when I deliver solution that genuinely solves a complex problem for our users. Beyond the technical achievements, success also means my continuous growth in mastering new technologies and contributing effectively to my team's collective goals. Ultimately, it's about the pride I take in building something valuable and knowing my efforts contribute meaningfully to our products and services.

For me, success at work is measured by the real impact I create, not the volume of activity. It means improving how teams operate, driving clarity across complex topics, and building systems that continue to deliver value long after the project ends. It also shows up in how much trust I earn from leaders, how effectively I influence strategy, and how consistently I raise the execution standard around me. Ultimately, I measure success by whether my work moves the organization forward in a meaningful way.

All the answers above are great, I really enjoyed them.
For me, success means creating customer delight. The “customer” can be either an internal stakeholder or a Nokia client. When they respond to my contribution with genuine satisfaction, that is when I feel I have truly succeeded as a Nokia professional.

Of course, success is built through many steps. Hard work, continuous learning, collaboration, openness to learning from mistakes, innovation, trust-building, and a strong sense of integrity are all essential parts of this journey.
