Hi Abdelrhman,

Thanks for reaching out and for your interest in the Radio Account Manager opportunity.

The role is currently posted on our careers website (Radio Account Manager - Nokia Careers), where we’ve included an overview of what we look for in terms of both must‑have and nice‑to‑have experience. At a high level, the role requires strong account planning skills, including the ability to develop account strategies and drive growth, along with solid financial management and a focus on meeting revenue targets. Customer management is also key, particularly experience engaging with senior executives.

From a technical perspective, we’re looking for a good understanding of Nokia’s portfolio across areas such as Wireless (4G/5G RAN and Massive MIMO), Core Networks including Packet Core, IMS, and Cloud Core, Transmission technologies like IP, Optical, and DWDM, as well as Enterprise solutions such as Cloud, Storage, and Data Centers. Experience on the commercial side is important too, especially around pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and leading RFPs or tenders.

In addition, experience with project coordination during network rollout or expansion is beneficial, as is familiarity with delivery milestones, customer acceptance processes, service escalations, and SLA management. Knowledge of emerging technologies, market trends, and working closely with cross‑functional teams such as pre‑sales and solution architects, would also be considered a plus.

I’d recommend reviewing the role on the careers site to see how your experience aligns, and please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.

Best regards,

Rana
