Hi, Jan,
According to my experience, for data analyst, generally you need to understand different data model analysis tools , AI/ML technology etc. And no matter which positions you are working in R&D, these kind of skills and competency quite important:
1. Quick learning, technology developing fast, be the quick learner to learn new technology.
2. High quality output.
3. Problem solving capability, including technical skill for RCA, and also soft skill to cooperate with others together for problem solving.
For each open position and the specific competences requirement, you can check: www.nokia.com/careers
Thanks!
