What advice would you give yourself if you were to restart your career?

I had a transformative experience when I shifted from accounting to recruitment, and I believe it's vital to follow your passion, no matter where you are in your journey. I immersed myself in researching recruitment, uncovering synergies with my accounting background. I showcased my relevant and transferable skills and experience in my applications for recruitment roles. My cover letter conveyed my desire to transition into recruitment and how my previous experience could enrich this new path. Whilst it was initially a challenging path to take, it certainly paid off and I am where I truly belong!
