At Nokia, personal development is supported through a combination of online and in-person training, coaching and mentoring, as well as participation in conferences. Each employee is required to dedicate a minimum of 100 hours annually to training and development. Nokia offers an extensive internal learning and development hub, providing access to a wide range of training programs across various topics. Additionally, employees time to time receive access to external learning platforms, such as LinkedIn Learning or Coursera, for up to six months. We also benefit from the expertise of skilled coaches and mentors who support individuals at all career levels, from junior to senior, in their professional growth. Furthermore, employees are occasionally given the opportunity to attend conferences, enabling them to expand their perspectives.
