Hello, we don't solely hire on technical experience. You are a student, and we recognize there is mentorship and training involved. What I would recommend is to look at other things that can be just as valuable such as working on personal projects, demonstrating that you are passionate about technology - constant learning, someone who is forward-thinking, perhaps working on next-generational tech, joining student-led associations, conferences to learn what is out there, expand your knowledge, and professional network. It is competitive to join our program, but this investment can help give you opportunities here or any other company you might want to work for. Best of luck out there!
