Hello and thank you for your question.
The Nokia environment is a very good place to work for all employees. A student intern will observe the environment that other workers see. There won't be any difference.
Mutual respect and understanding, as well as good cooperation and communication are the pillars of the environment that a newcomer student intern will notice when he comes to the company. The integration of employees into any team is smooth and there is an expanded pool of trainings, in case an employee wants to enhance and expand their knowledge. In addition, at any time the employee can ask for human support (HR Team or Line Manager) if he faces any kind of problem.
Generally, a student intern who starts his career from such a big and known company like Nokia has an advantage in broadening his professional skills. Professional experience always plays a vital role in the next career steps.

Hello Adel,

Greeting!

Inter students are welcome to join us here in Nokia.

Depending on the open position and the degree you are taking from the university, the candidate will go through an interview.

Once accepted to join Nokia as an intern student (from a research and development engineering point of view), you will have a series of training about the technology and the way of working. The expectation is for you to learn and also contribute to the actual task as the regular engineers but with a buddy to support you with the given task. The environment should equip you for your career after university.

In addition, it's an advantage for you when you opt to join Nokia after the university.

Best regards,
Casey

Hi Adel,

I was part of a dual study program at Nokia Germany, where we had the opportunity to do internships in various departments across Nokia. As an intern, you get the chance to see how the teams work in the field, and the awesome part is that they take you along and help you wherever you need it. Right from the start, I was introduced to the daily challenges the team was facing and the ways I could support them. Most teams already have a certain idea of how you can help them, and they guide and support you all the way throughout the entire internship.

All the best!
