Hi, thanks for the very interesting question. The challenges vary from customer to customer. Every customer is unique, and we cannot generalize. However, what matters the most is customer trust and relationship. We need to ensure full accountability, integrity, and transparency. The topics and discussions include technology leadership, having the latest features, fastest time to market, product availability, fastest return on investment, increasing revenue and profits, and competitive pricing to name some. Hi,
Dharmendra summarized it quite well, but there is one point I would like to emphasize. One of the main topics we try to tackle is to solve our customer's problems. That could be something straightforward like just selling required hardware, but it could also be about working on a whole use case together with the customer that goes beyond just selling a product. In the end, it all comes down to how we can use our expertise and products to solve our customers problems.
