Tell me about the hardest thing about your job?

Hi, thank you for your great question. The hardest thing is, in new environments or cases to understand the whole complexity of situation. As we are big company with several different organisations inside it, the level of complexity is sometimes quite big. But once it all starts to clarify itself, the rest is smooth sailing as we have so many great people working with us.
