We have great onboarding and foundational learning programs to ensure that there is a consistent leadership standard. Nokia is committed to opening up leadership training programs and materials to a broader audience to help everyone in Nokia grow more successfully, together. There are well defined training programs for leaders at all levels. All this ensures that our leaders are humble, transparent, accountable and focussed towards growth.
