Global Health and Wellbeing Program Manager

Hi Vanessa, thanks for your question.
Our employee’s health, safety and wellbeing is the number one priority. We have three pillars in our global wellbeing framework, which all interlock and within which our global wellbeing programs sit:
“Thrive” focuses on creating a working environment at Nokia where people’s health and wellbeing is not only maintained, but improved – quite simply, we want everyone to have a good day at work. Our programs focus on promoting good mental health by prioritising prevention and creating a mentally healthy workplace by ensuring the way we work is designed with wellbeing in mind, and empowering everyone to prioritise their own wellbeing. There are also opportunities to participate in activity challenges which support your physical wellbeing, individually or as a team.
“Manage” is about managing people in a way that recognises and supports positive wellbeing as being key to performance excellence – focusing on good leadership and proactive intervention – where wellbeing is embedded into all aspects of our people management practices, and people managers feel equipped to intervene early if they notice that someone needs support.
“Care” - we know that everyone struggles to cope at some point so our global EAP, the Personal Support Service, is available to every employee and their family members, and provides confidential professional support and guidance on a range of emotional, practical and work-life issues. In addition, the service provides mindfulness coaching and life coaching to support employees based on their individual requirements and circumstances.
