It depends on your job role. In my opinion, you should know something about everything. Moreover, it's very important to keep quick access to latest information you might need and a wide network of subject matter experts who can help you quickly. In Nokia we have a learning culture and people are willing to help others with information whenever required. There is also access to learning platforms that help employees increase their knowledge in different domains.
