Charuvahan, most of our content (especially now with COVID) is on demand. We do not have adaptive customization feature. It's an interesting feature and effective but it does add development time. It's always a balance of design and speed to market.

Hi Charuvahan,
Thank you for your question.
As Steve T. mentioned in his response, asynchronous (self-paced) learning courses from Nokia are available on demand (for employees) but are not adaptive (where adaptive is considered to imply the use of algorithms and/or artificial intelligence to regulate the interaction between the learner and the learning content, based on knowledge/skills/attitude/behavior needs of the individual learner). Nokia's asynchronous learning courses offer users the options to (1) skip learning content already mastered, or which does not apply to the learner's specific knowledge/skills/attitude/behavior needs and (2) review/repeat specific learning content within asynchronous courses as many times as desired. Non-employees (e.g., customers, channel partners, etc.) are typically required to first have an account with Nokia to access Nokia's library of learning titles.
