Hi, and thank you for your question. I think the first adaption was quite easy. We are used to remote work and we do have all equipment and applications to support that. The challenges have come in the longer term because people do miss also being around other people. But we are doing a lot of videos and calling each other as well as virtual challenges. We are experts in connecting each other and this experience has definitely proven that.
