    Hi there Meyang, thanks for connecting with me and apologies for the technical difficulties you are encountering. Unfortunately we are experiencing a global technical issue which the Nokia team is working on as a priority to resolve at the earliest. I would recommend re-trying to apply in a few days which hopefully by then will work!
