Dear Yesara, thanks for connecting with me on the Insider and I am glad to hear you recently applied for our Executive Administrator position!

Based on discussions with the hiring team, we're looking for someone who brings more than strong administrative skills. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional organization and the ability to anticipate needs and priorities. This includes thinking ahead, identifying potential scheduling conflicts, understanding shifting priorities, and proactively supporting stakeholders before issues arise.

We are also looking for someone who can effectively prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change quickly. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders are important, even if you are at an early stage in your career.

In addition, we value candidates who are digitally savvy, curious about new technologies, and interested in how tools such as AI can be used to improve efficiency and ways of working.

I hope this helps, and wishing you all the best in your application!

    Best wishes,

    Rana
