Nokia is a big company, so the toolset can vary quite a bit depending on the team and what they are trying to solve, so I can only speak to what I have seen and know for sure.
That said, here is a good picture of what (I know) is being used:
Data Analysis / Engineering Tools:
- Databricks
- Azure Synapse
- Visual Studio
- SQL-based tools
- and some good old Excel for ad-hoc simple analysis
Data Visualization Tools:
- Power BI, it's the most widely used
- Tableau
- Grafana
- Databricks Dashboards
