Hi! Let's break it down in 2:

What do Nokia employees enjoy most about working at Nokia?
Working at Nokia means being part of something genuinely impactful - the technology here connects billions of people worldwide. Beyond the mission, employees (and specially myself) appreciate the flexibility of remote or hybrid work (it's really a thing here), the quality of their colleagues, and the real opportunities to grow through Nokia EDU (our internal on-demand learning platform), job rotations, and stretch assignments outside own teams (we call it gigs, and we may help other teams with skills we have and some free time we have at some moments). The global scale also means you're constantly exposed to diverse teams, technologies, and challenges that keep the work interesting. Add strong wellbeing benefits and a company that's actively reinventing itself - we usually say the only certainty at Nokia is change, we came from making rubber boots to telecommunication technology!

Advice for someone wanting to learn more about Nokia's culture?
Talk to real Nokia employees, LinkedIn makes this easy and people are generally open to a conversation, also have a look into our website and specially social media posts, there's some that can tell you a bit how we are.
During interviews, pay attention to how managers describe day-to-day collaboration, that tells you more about the real culture than any official description, to be honest.
