Hi Samuel,
For me, it was mostly about getting to know my colleagues in the office. That included having lunch together, grabbing a coffee together, asking a colleague for advice and doing some deep dives on a technical topics with them. Social activities after work helped a lot as well. For example, we have a football tournament here in the Stuttgart office.
Overall, the social aspects played the biggest role in helping me to integrate.
