At Nokia, we want our co-op students to gain real-world experience while also growing professionally throughout their time with us. That's why every student is paired with a mentor who can provide guidance, answer questions, and help them make the most of their co-op experience. You'll also have access to our Learning Hub, where you can take courses and earn certifications in a variety of areas, from professional skills like communication and leadership to technical topics, including 5G. In addition, we offer virtual professional development sessions where you can learn from experienced employees, ask questions, explore different career paths, and connect with others across the company. We strive to create an environment where students can learn, grow, and build skills that will benefit them long after their co-op ends.
