Thank you for your question! I'm actually a Data Scientist working within Nokia's Finance side of things, so I can't give you a firsthand opinion on the Research department specifically.
What I can tell you is that Nokia's research arm - Nokia Bell Labs - has an incredible reputation globally. It's been behind groundbreaking work in telecommunications, AI, and network innovation over the decades. From what I hear internally, it's a place where big ideas are genuinely encouraged.
