Can you tell me what your first year was like?

Thank you for your question Viktor. My first year was full of learnings. I'm not talking about trainings, but more on the personal side, to familiarize myself with the company culture. This has many aspects, I quickly realized that there's a lot of collaboration going on cross functions, cross regions, also I noticed the way people talk to each other or email each other, how they hold meetings, how the presentations are created and designed. Even how to phrase a question when you want to know something - which sounds funny if you think about it but cultural differences do exist between organizations. To summarize, I spent a lot of time on things that are directly related to work life and to align myself with the culture.
