The training, when you join, will be tailored to the type of tasks/job you will be performing in the future. In any case, all the necessary environments, tools, and guidelines will be clearly given to you so you will be ready to start working on the project that you will be assigned. For me, the training took around 3 weeks to complete and it was very detailed. It helped me a lot when I started.
