I do not work directly in the AI and Data Science unit, but I can share my view based on my recent work with AI adoption across different teams.

What inspires the unit’s focus is the idea of using AI to make work simpler, clearer, and more productive. The approach is very practical. It is about solving real problems, improving visibility, and helping teams make better decisions, rather than building technology for the sake of it.
