Timely question. Becoming data-driven requires changes to the way you view data. What is your mindset about data? Is it something you have to deal with or perhaps an asset to leverage? How can you leverage data? You may need to reskill or upskill. How can you turn data knowledge into value? You have to apply what you know. So becoming data-driven is about a change in mindset, a change in your skillset, and finally about changes in the application or practice of data-driven decision making.
